I am using AWS for one of my websites. I have many visitors but no click to AMAZON. I have many description pages that was visited.

* Is it for my advantage to redirect these visitors directly in the description pages in Amazon?

I would like to improve my CTR

** Can I improve my CTR by providing my personal review of all products (review as a compilation of Amazon reviews + publisher description)?

Get more links to your site with the anchor text "crochet patterns".

Only thing I can really suggest is putting the buy text above the image -- even better still, make the image the small one and put the buy text to the right of it with the large image at the bottom of the page.
