How to visible website in google search results?

Hello friends-How to visible website in google search results? This is website domain http://www.skypesupporthelp.com. It is visible ramaining search engine results like- bing, yahho, yendex but still not visible in google. It has up to 3000 backlink, when we do search engine submission then its visible in google but after 1 to 2 days It is to be invisible in google, so please suggest me some authentic solution to fix it. thanks

Well 3000 links mean nothing if they are all from irrelvant sites ..
I would check this
Have you bought any links ?
Are you back links low quality , all no follow or all do follows ?
Is any of you content copied ?
Is your content original ?
are you stuffing with keywords?
How competitive is the niche you are going for ?
Enter <<Site:http://www.skypesupporthelp.com>>> in google and see if your site has been de indexed.
If its there you are probably suffering from a soft penalty or low quality links and content.
If its not there you have been removed .
Check you google webmaster dashboard for any manual penalties.
