I was wondering ... does the location of pages in the directory structures matter in PR calculation?

Example:
1. http://www.domain.com/lemons/index.html
versus
2. http://www.domain.com/lemons/soup/index.html
versus
3. http://www.domain.com/lemons/soup/recipe/index.html

Will location 1 rank any better than location 2 and/or 3 if all else remain constant?

I'm also interested in this. What about a fourth option:

http://www.domain.com/lemons-soup-recipe/index.html

It doesn't matter.
