Brochure Layout?

Hello all.
Does anyone know or have a layout or plan for how to properly go about designing a brochure for a web/graphic ect design co.?

I don't have a template, and I think you should NOT use that!

A web/graphic company needs a brochure that has its own design, because it shows what you are capable of doing.

Maybe you could include a mini-cd with your portfolio on it?
