Organic search results are those which are optimised for search engines to make it reach more and relevant target audience. This process is particularly known as search engine optimization or SEO.
Whereas, paid search results are type of contextual advertising where website owners pay an advertising fee, usually based on the number of impressions, clicks or the ad views. Paid search as a part of online advertising service and is done in order to rank the website on the top in SERP.

Organic search results are the web page lists that are related to the user query and they are also know as "Natural search result" these pages has high ranking .
Paid results are the web page lists that appears when there related keywords are entered.

Organic search results are those which come from the algorithm used by the search engine; paid results are just that – links that come from advertising dollars being spent to place them on the results page.
Paid results may be annotated with “sponsored content” or set apart with a shaded box, or even placed into an area of their own, such as a sidebar.

The organic result comes SEO that is done for the website. Example from searches that the website is ranked for a particular keyword. Paid result are generated by subscribing for AdWords. Paid results are used to traffic for the website in quick time. Organic results can take some more time to be obtained.

Organic results means getting traffic from search engines by getting top place in search engine result page. For this you didn't pay amount to search engines.
Paid results means getting traffic from search engines by placed the top position through advertisement by paying amount to search engines.

What is the difference between organic vs paid results?
Organic refers to ranking website using SEO, whereas Paid results refers to ranking website through Google Paid ads.

Organic results are displayed by google based on pageranks and paid results are displayed as ads in serp that is done by SEM
