Site Map?

I'm sure I read somewhere that it's good for your search engine ranking if you include a site map on your website - and link to it from every page.

Is this correct?

Not really for your ranking -- but to ensure that your whole site gets crawled.

on my site, I have a seperate page for each one of my template catagorys... Like your site, hot web templates..

Is there any chance for them to be all crawled? Or should I not allow se to crawl them? Because there is just duplicate content on them all...?

If I want to get more PR to my index page, and not to my subpages, where should I link to the sitemap from? Every page, just subpages or just the index?

As every page is linked to from my homepage, I'm not too sure how to set it out.

Would the following be OK do you think?

Template Storm Home
- Link 1
- Link 2
...etc

There's no subpages really so I can't do one like the one on this site. So every link would be listed below Template Storm Home.
