Any suggestions ?
Ideas ?
Are the colors okay?
Layout okay?
Anything that needs to be changed?

My first impression is that it is a merger of competing styles and thus seems really busy (the design that is).

I notice image compression artifacts in the logo. If you have the source files, try exporting in a different format or higher quality.

how do i do away with the compression artifacts without using vector images? I had the designs without any artifacts, but it posed a greater problem with file sizes.
Regarding competing styles. Please explain. Which styles compete? There might be a reason for something.

When the image contains text, you may want to use PNG or GIF formats which do not create artifacts (JPEG does, and it's more for photos/pictures). You can use an image "slicer" to have parts of the image in different formats, which may allow for smaller filesizes if that is a problem.
