formatting for netscape

I am having trouble with netscape presenting my webpages correctly, while inIS they are fine. Is there a way to correct the problem with coding.

I am in the process of learning css. The site was made with frontpage.

ok - can you be more specific with your problem?

When viewing a page other than the homepage, netscape will sometimes display the homepage and the page that was actually called up. You would have to scroll past the homepage to get to the page you actually wanted.

I never experienced what you are describing. Do you have an URL so we can check it online?

It does not happen all the time and it's sporadic with what webpage it effects.

browsers should render fairly consistently. is there a problem with the client computer? (adware, spyware, malware?) also, you could try to check your page source.
