PR question

I currently hav a site at www.websitestarter.uni.cc and i am getting a domain www.websitestarter.net , if i do that, how can i transfer the PR over to the domain effectively? I have PR 3 on uni.cc

Where are you getting your PR3 from? Here? If so, just change the link in your sig.

Internal links? You would need hundreds of pages to get a PR3 homepage from a sites own pages - if you have no other links, I think most of ur PR will come from here.

Just change ur link in ur sig and it will all go to your new domain.

Google shows backlinks from some of your posts at freewebspace.net. So I would change it there, and from here. And then do a redirect to your new domain until you get the new site established.
