Chris, how do I get a custom avatar?

how do I get a custom avatar? Do I need to have a certain amount of posts? I am asking because in the user CP I get only the pre-defined ones?

I'll have to check. I know I can make a custom avatar, perhaps it has to do with my admin permissions though.

I did one in the vB 2.9 (?) we had before, but cant find the option to change it in vB3 - seems to have copied over fine though..
