moving diagram

I would like to create a diagram with a part that moves back and forth between two points. What software would be best for doing it? And how can I do it? I currently upkeep the website in frontpage.

I would say Flash, and for the how you can do it part I need to know what kind of graph or diagram your creating, but motion tween should do it.
