By the way, you only need 10 posts for a customer avatar. (I set the limit low because there are so few default ones).

I want to post some 80kb animated avatars but the size limit is too small. Please increase it.

Couldn't you just decrease the size of the images in the animation?

There low quailty already... 80Kb is the lowest I can get them.
