When people go on my site i could grad there Cookies...i heard it from alot of people..do you understand...it grabs the cookies from the person computers and comes to you

Cookies are designed so that only the person who wrote the cookie can view it. If you manage to view it you're taking advantage of a security flaw in Internet Explorer. Probably illegal.
