Nope this is not an advertisement.....
We are trying to find people who want to develop a site but are hampered by the $$$ factor :)
Cutting the story short
here is the offer :

1) Free Webhosting ( Space to be determined by your content )
2) FTP upload
3) Bandwidth ( no cap )
4) PHP 4.3.x
5) 1 MySQL database
6) Cobalt Admin Control Panel
7) NO email accounts ( but you can sign up for one at GalacMail )
8) 2 users MAX
9) No TeleNet access
10) No ASP
11) Have MSN Messenger for communication

Here is the catch.
You have to register your own domain, get one from us or use a subdomain by GalacNet.
Also there must be a "Sponsored by:" link at the bottom of you pages
Lastly we control the advertising to your sites. ( image streams only, no pop-ups )
You can however have 1 alternate Personal advertising stream independent of GalacNet.
