Affiliate Links Using Javascript

Hi all,

Would somebody please tell me if an affiliate program could still track my sales if I used the following layout:

How you link to the program doesn't matter, only the URL matters. Since you're still sending people to the same URL it'll make no difference.

That means if you use popups it would still track it - and thats cheating a CPC program...
