Q: If I have a problem with control panel, e.g. setup a mysql, ftp etc, what can I do?
A: We are always here to help you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q: How long does it take for my vps setup?
A: This can take upto 6-12 hours for active , but 90% we can active within 20 mins, linux only ( in buiness hours ), for more detail, please feel free to contact us. If you have choose windows, it can take 24 hours - 48 hours
Q. Do you offer windows license ?
A: No, but you can just bring your windows license , we are happy install it for you
Q: Is your VPS managed or unmanaged?
A: Well, we are unmanged but we will try our best to install application you like, or transfer your data form old hosting to your vps, and much more. please ask us if you need help, and we will try to fix your issus.
Q: Will you help us (client) to backup vps data?
A: Yes, we are having one backup server at the monent, but please note that, we don't have responsibilities to help clients backup their own data, we can not guaranteed it can be used or we can not guaranteed the backup is most updated
