View Full Version : DH.net Online Shopping Directory
I'd like to announce the launch of the DH.net Online Shopping Directory. Submissions are currently 100% free. I will actually be going through the forums here and adding quality shopping sites I find in your signatures.
There is still a lot of work to be done (mainly site populating). This site actually receives over 100 type-in visits a day, so there is some non-targetted exposure to work off of. It also needs a search function.
I hope to keep this service 100% free... we'll see. If I ever do charge for submissions in the future, it will be a very low one time fee (not recurring).
Time to start populating...

The site design and the layout are good, very easy to navigate and uncluttered.
Great domain name. Did you manage to buy it from an expired list? (i see it was first registered in 97).

What and amazing find... how'd you manage to snatch a two letter domain?

easy vape vaporizer (http://www.vaporshop.com/easy-vape-vaporizer.html)
It was a purchase from a domain dealer that involved cash and domains I had for trade.

Looks good. One thing - 'twould be nice if DH stood for something. Users might remember it better for return visits.

Is it icebane that has dictionaries.com?
Great site, I've submitted my store.
Nope, I do not have dictionaries.com.
Incka - I approved your submission.

He made a $4000 profit on the domain, so who can blame him...

If the site got popular, it could have generated around that in a month. Still, if he needed the money fast for something or didn't feel motivated to develop it anymore, then no, I don't blame him :)
My internet is playing up at the moment and I can't get onto the site (or is it supposed to be down?). I've forgotten what the site is about, anyone tell me please?

It's down Mike.
He paid $5000 for it, and immediatly got buyers remorse, so when someone offered him $9000 for it he accepted.

He sold it, that's why you can't get on :) It was a shopping directory. (at least, I think that's what we're talking about)

Yeah, dh.net was a shopping directory, now it's an empty domain.
On DNForums (I'm a silver member there), alot of 2 letter .coms have gone for over $20,000
I was able to sell the domain. I still have the engine built and may redo it again on a less valuable domain.
