where's a good place to get moderators?

i've got a new site : http://www.Define-Emu.com and i keep getting lil kids that want to be mods. not really going for a baby sitting service. where can i get more 18+ kinda crowds?

You may find you need to build the forum a bit first and then those who will be good mods will probably become apparent. At the moment your forum looks kinda new - do you need other mods yet?
