OOEN http://www.ooen.net/ is an online distance education portal. Please review.
What's important: Usability and accessibility.
What's next: I plan to add the left side navigation in online course information page (like this one http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-degrees/program-details/20) and online degree information page (like this one http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-degrees/program-details/5) for the usability and SEO purposes.
Free feel to be blunt and straight forward. If you find anything you don't like and/or terribly wrong, please tell me.

incka, Mike,
Thanks for the compliment, BUT ...
q1. If there is something you dislike, what is it?
q2. There are several competitor sites including ...
http://www.worldwidelearn.com
http://www.elearners.com/
http://www.classesusa.com/
http://www.uc411.com/
http://www.ed-x.com/
What can I do so that visitors say that my site is definitely better than these sites?
I'm not too keen on the left side menu, but I think you said you were hoping to change that anyway.

Well, as I mentioned, I'd like to add the navigation to online course information page like this one http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-courses/program-details/2956 and online degree information page like this one http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-degrees/program-details/307. The rest of the site will remain the same. Bad idea? Tell me honestly.
I keep thinking that I need to add the navigation for SEO purpose(as well as accessibility and usability purposes); if adding the left side navigation is a bad idea, what can I do to make a significant improvement in terms of SEO?
All I suggest is to make the menu so that it has a right border and a bottom one. I don't really know what your saying.

Does this http://www.ooen.net/ look better?
I don't really know what your saying.
I was talking about adding left side navigation in the online course information page like this page http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-degrees/program-details/506 and the online degree program information page like this one http://www.ooen.net/portal/online-degrees/program-details/909. How does it look?
I also made number of other changes to improve usability and accessibility.
If the menu had a complete border then it would look better. A big improvement already though.
I really like your site; it looks remarkably professional. When I first saw it, I instantly assumed it was some kind of official organization. I even submitted my link to your directory. :)
I agree with Mike about the border, but it looks good whether it's there or not.

Thank you.

I think I added your site a short while ago, didn't I? I just modified it to make it user/search engine friendly; I still need to tweak a little, but it should be working Ok and hopefully it will benefit you as well.

Ok, I will add border line.

The way I figured is that visitors will find elearners.com anyway at some point, so why not just include in my selection of advertisers and make a little money additionally? and that's what I did.
Any other comment and/or suggestion with regard to usability, accessibility and seo?

What can I do to make it "very good" instead of just "pretty good"?

sometimes I'm not sure what could make it very good....but that doesn't change my opinion that it's pretty good.
