Is toolbar PR used for the current SERPs?

Does google use the current toolbar PR in calculating the current SERPs, or do they use the older PRs?

I think that the current PRs will be used in the next index update.
What's your stance? Do you think the current results reflect the current toolbar PR?

Current PR is something Google only knows. They're running the SERPs and the toolbar off a different system. During updates, like now, we can assume that the new toolbar PR (updated) is what is used on current serps. However, if weeks or months go by, we have to look at the toolbar PR with a grain of salt.
