Okay. One of my sites gets 1.5 million+ impressions per month and has 5 different advertising spots...so needless to say, I've got quite a bit of inventory to fill. So what I need help with is optimizing the flow of my ads (tier 1 > tier 2 > etc. etc.) to be the most profitable.
Here are the different ad placements
Pop-under
Skyscraper
468x60 Header
468x60 Middle of the page (below the fold)
468x60 Footer (below the fold)
Here are the ad networks I have
Adsense
Burst
Fastclick
Gorilla Nation
Bidclix
Casale Media
Adtegrity
Focusin
SearchFeed
Advertising.com
24/7 Realmedia
MaxOnline
RealcastMedia
Any suggestions on this would be stellar. Thanks!

Right, I didn't list tribal fusion in that list. But thanks anyways :)

Also, make note, that my CTR for my adsense skyscraper is close to 1%. So, I might want to keep that one there :)
EDIT: The site is http://www.reallyfunarcade.com

Yeah, keep the adsense one...
How did your free games site get into burst? Several times they have rejected mine saying there isn't enough advertisers.

I applied probably close to 15 times. I think they just got sick of me. And I've also been in burst for close to 6 months. So if you applied recently, then that might be the case.

I've applied about 5 times in the last year. They have stopped replying :(
They say they are strugling to fill inventory, but from what I see they are not...

No, I would agree they are struggeling to fill inventory. About half of the ads they show are default ads.

Well some other games sites, I went thru over 25 pages and saw no defaults... Most of the ads I saw where those you've won ones...

Me too. I use fastclick for my primary and have burst set up as the default for that very reason.

I went to your site, saw 0 fastclick ads, and I've seen about 10 paid ads before I saw the survey ones.

Things like searchfeed and adsense are going to depend on your subject matter heavily.

On my game sites, I put on searchfeed on some pages toward "gambling" to get the highest bid per click. "Games" only pays around 1-5 cents while "poker" pays areoun 30+.
