2 Days ago I finally got my first order on my AWS site (yipee)...but my total items shipped and my earnings still say 0. When do those update?

It updates when the item has shipped; some items take a few days to ship so it may take a while.

And sadly, some never ship because the customer canceled the order or whatever.

Indeed.. a moment of silence for cancelled items :(

Heh.
Returns suck. I've had returns suck thousands of revenue from Dell.
After Florida my coupon site traffic changed so drastically that I ended up with a negative balance with Dell's affiliate program. The prior month had such good sales that the normal returns from them exceeded the sales of the current month.

I wonder how much the top coupon site is earning...

Quite a bit, I was the top coupon site for the better part of a year.
Although the current top ones use multiple-domain/duplicate content spam.

Would it be worth you buying PR to beat it?

PR is overpriced, and not really my problem.

I agree that it is overpriced. I've been doing alot of calculations, found out how much I could earn doing affiliate campaigns on fastclick, etc... But one thing I did find was that the online coupon market must be worth $500 million a year to the merchants who do coupons combined...
