Currently dependent and not employed. However, I received a 1099 Misc form from Google.
I am trying to file the tax but since this is my first time, not sure how.

Is this the only form (1099-Misc) I would need to complete and mail-in? No other forms.

You don't mail that in.
You need to fill out a 1040 EZ form.

So all I need is 1040 EZ form (1) and that's it, right?
I want to avoid buying the tax softwares as I only have one tax to file. Thanks.

Yes. 1040 EZ should be enough for you --- but I'd seriously consider getting an accountant.
If you have alot of business deductions you'll need a 1040 and a schedule C with it.

I hate taxes... Why do they call it 1066, etc. Why not 'Sole-Trader Cheque Tax' or something easy to remember...

when you realize how many forms there are it is easier to remember a small number
