your recommendation for free web hosting

as a complete novice, i want to publish my website(used Kompozer) on a free web server. so, any suggestions

Yes you should use www.deluxy.net its actually mine >,< but i will give you 1GB of webspace and a free FTP account but the domain will be what you like but it has to be .deluxy.net so its a subdomain ;)
