Where the people move when you hover?
This type of menu raises a lot of questions, and I would love to know how effective it is for promoting click through
I presume its not-too advanced flash.
I don't know too much about flash, but I'm guessing when a user hovers over one of the people, it just sets an animation off?

in anycase... you'd simply film the bit infront of a bluescreen and then integrate the movie into your flash file however it is you do that with flash.

LOL Thats great! It is done with flash its pretty simple really! Simply film the people in front of a blue, green, white, black or what ever color you want screen! Upload the video to your computer! use a video editing program like final cut, premiere or Vegas and break apart the frames! Then upload the frames to photoshop. Delete the background and save the frames as a GIF. image upload the first frame to flash and give the frame a action put the rest of the frames in your new action file and add action script "if you want to know the script ask me!" and there you have it a interactive dynamic video menu! simple as that! here check out my newest flash site that im working on! http://www.blackhawkproperty.com
