Never use .ws.
I'd use two hyphens before .ws hehe.

I would too... But if two hytens have gone for all, that's your best option search engine wise...

Google prefers .com, .org & .net to other extensions, or so I have heard.

And by search engine wise I meant having keyword.ws is better than having buy-keyword.com
